Skali Ski Club - About Skali Ski Lodge

Club Accommodation
Skali Ski Lodge is a modern 28 bed Lodge with a lounge, separate playroom, dining room, ski storage area and drying room. Guests sleep in comfortable rooms for 4 or 6, including personal hanging and storage space with nearby bathroom facilities. Central heating is provided to all living areas so that you will have a warm and comfortable stay.

Please note that only members and guests staying at Skali Ski Lodge are entitled to use the facilities.

Location
Skali Ski Lodge is centrally located in the Mt Baw Baw Village at Lot 9 Candle Heath Drive just a short walk from the village Hotel and Cafes. Our balcony overlooks a superb view of the Champagne Ski Run and you can ski-out / ski-in. For those with young children, snow play and toboganning areas are close by.

Bedding
A mattress and pillows are provided for each guest. Guests are expected to bring their own pillow case, sheets and blankets or a sleeping bag.

Washing & Drying Facilities
A drying room is provided and operates throughout the day to ensure that all wet clothing can be dried for use the following day. If you need to wash any clothing a washing machine is provided in the drying room. Please bring a small quantity of soap powder suitable for automatic front-loading washing machines.

Catering
Skali Ski Lodge has a modern fully equipped kitchen including all kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, refrigerators, gas ranges, gas oven and grill, microwave oven, toasters and kettles.

Food
Skali Ski Lodge provides a supply of staple items including tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, cooking oil, aluminium foil and paper towel.

We recommend that you bring all other food items as only limited supplies are available from the food outlets in the Mt Baw Baw Village.

Eating Out
During the Winter Season meals for lunch and dinner (and takeaway food) can be purchased from a range of nearby food outlets, including the Mt Baw Baw Village Hotel and Kelly’s Café.

Departure
For the convenience of other incoming guests, departing guests must have cleaned their rooms and other allocated areas and vacated the Lodge by 4:00 pm on the day of departure.
